摘 要:介绍了一个材料成型与控制工程专业本科教学实验—挤压铸造成型。以自主设计和研制的小型立式挤压铸造装置为依托,为学生提供了一个实践的平台,填补了材料成型与控制工程专业本科实验体系中挤压铸造实验的空白,让学生通过亲身实践了解挤压铸造成型的过程和特点,实际观察制件的凝固组织,亲自体验现代成型的新技术。为国内其他高校本科实验教学中类似实验的开设提供了参考。This article introduces a teaching experiment for undergraduates of material shaping and controlling engineering specialty-squeeze casting forming experiment. A batch of small vertical squeeze casting devices was designed and developed independently. Backed by these devices, a practical platform was provided for undergraduates. The gap of squeeze casting forming experiment in undergraduate teaching is filled. Through this experimentation, undergraduates can know the process and feature of squeeze casting forming, observe the solidification structure of casting, and experience this new modern molding technology. This experiment could provide a reference for the setting of similar experiments in teaching experiment for undergraduates of other domestic universities.
