摘　　要：以"7S"管理理论为指导,为建设智能化、科学管理的化学类开放实验室,提出了管理和技术两种手段。管理手段包括科学设置实验室环境,完善管理制度,提升实验人员素质。技术手段则在智能门禁的基础上,引入智能电子柜、动态跟踪监控系统、管理平台,搭建智能开放实验室管理系统。两种手段的采用,将实现化学实验室持续安全、有效、环保的开放。In the guidance of “7S” management theory, management and technical methods were proposed in this paper to construct chemical open-laboratories which are both intelligent and scientific managed. Scientific setting of environment, improving regulation system and improving the quality of laboratory personnel were discussed in this paper as management methods. Besides intelligent entrance guard, we envisaged the use of intelligent electronic cabinet, dynamic tracking monitoring and management platform to form an intelligent management system. The adoption of the two methods would enable the continuous opening of chemical laboratories in a safe, effective and environmental-friendly way.
