摘　　要：目的探讨功能性电刺激联合全方位运动训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行能力及自理能力的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的痉挛性脑瘫患儿120例作为研究对象,按照数字表法将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿给予全方位运动训练治疗,研究组患儿在此基础上给予功能性电刺激治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后日常生活能力(ADL)、TD、TP、AES、踝关节AROM评分,观察治疗后FMA-L评分及10 m WT用时。结果治疗后,研究组ADL评分、FMA-L评分、TD、TP、踝关节AROM明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组AES明显低于对照组(P <0. 05),且10 m WT用时明显短于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论功能性电刺激联合全方位运动训练应用于痉挛型脑瘫患儿,可改善患儿的步行能力及自理能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with all-round exercise training on walking ability and self-care ability in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods To select 120 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and study group randomly according to the digital table method. The children in the control group were treated with all-round exercise training, while the children in the study group were given functional electrical stimulation therapy. The activities of daily living(ADL), TD, TP, AES, and ankle AROM scores of the children in the two group were compared before and after treatment. The FMA-L score and 10 mWT time after treatment were observed. Results After treatment,the ADL score,FMA-L score, TD, TP and ankle AROM scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The AES in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05),and the 10 mWT time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying functional electrical stimulation combined with all-round exercise training to children with spastic cerebral palsy can improve the walking ability and self-care ability of children,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
