摘 要:为准确预测某地区煤种的灰熔融性温度,对该地区142组煤样的灰成分及灰熔融性温度等进行了研究。利用煤灰组分,同时引入SiO2与Al2O3含量的比值、碱性氧化物总量与酸性氧化物总量的比值,对煤灰流动温度进行数学建模,并通过3种方法推导出拟合方程。通过利用同一地区的煤灰样品对拟合公式进行校核,得出最优的预测当地煤种的煤灰熔融性温度数学建模过程及拟合方程。To better forecast the ash fusion temperature of an area, 142 groups of coal analysis data in this area were studied and analyzed. Using the ash component, the ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 and the ratio of total alkaline oxide to total acid oxide to build the mathematical model for coal ash flow temperature, and the fitting equation was deduced through 3 methods. Finally, the equation was checked by using other ash sample collected from the same area, and the best process of mathematical modeling and fitting equation for optimum prediction of coal ash fusion temperature in this area were obtained.
