摘 要:在栖息地以生境为单位进行生物多样性维持服务及其空间格局的研究,是未来生物多样性保护工作的重要方向之一.以甘肃石羊河流域为研究区,综合InVEST模型的生境质量评价模块和景观多样性指数,对其1995—2015年的生物多样性维持服务进行综合评估,在此基础上采用Getis-Ord Gi*指数进行了空间格局分析.结果表明:生物多样性维持功能以上游祁连山地为最好,中游平原地区次之,下游平原及沙漠区最差;冷热区界限分明,存在空间上的协同关系.生物多样性维持服务得分≥0.5的面积不足流域总面积的50%,人类活动强度的剧增是主要原因,保护形势十分严峻,制定适宜的治理方针、实施生物多样性保护措施已经刻不容缓.The study of biodiversity maintenance service and their spatial patterns in habitats is one of the important fields for biodiversity conservation in the future.Based on the habitat quality evaluation model of InVEST and landscape diversity index,this study takes the Shiyang River Basin in Gansu as the research area,and comprehensively evaluates the biodiversity maintenance service in 1995-2015.On this basis,the spatial pattern analysis is carried out by using Getis-Ord statistical index.The results show that the biodiversity maintenance function is the best in Qilian Mountain area,followed by plain area of middle reaches,worst in plain and desert area of downstream.There is a clear boundary between cold and hot zones,and there is a space synergy relationship.Areas with the biodiversity maintain service score greater than 0.5 are less than 50% of the basin area,and the increase of human activity intensity is the main reason,and the protection situation is very seriously insufficient.Therefore,it is imperative to develop appropriate management policies and implement biodiversity conservation measures.
