摘　　要：论述了制砖行业的发展现状,针对现有制砖机体积较大、结构较复杂等缺点,设计了一款新型的自动制砖机。新制砖机采用丝杆与齿轮相结合的螺旋传动机构,实现砂浆、垫板的交替输送,以及成型砖的自动推出;采用六杆机构和曲柄滑块机构实现砖块的成型与脱模。该装置结构简单可靠,功能多样,自动化程度高,适合家庭及小型厂房使用,具有良好的市场前景。It summarizes the current situation of the development of the brick industry.Aiming at the large volume and complex structure and other shortcomings of the existing brick,it designs a new type of automatic brick making machine.The new brick-maker adopts a screw drive mechanism which is connected by a screw rod and a gear,to achieve the alternating transmission of mortar and backing plate brick and pushing out of molding bricks automatically.Using six-bar linkage and the crank-slider mechanism,it realizes hollow extrusion forming and mould releasing of the brick.This device has the advantages of simple structure,multiple functions,high degree of automation,and is suitable for families and small factories,and good market prospects.
