摘  要:为探究活塞销偏置与曲轴偏置耦合机理对内燃机性能的影响,首先根据活塞的力和力矩平衡分别建立了基于活塞在运动平面上的动力学方程和基于平滑块的雷诺方程。然后在此基础上利用AVL-Piston&Rings建立了活塞的动力学仿真模型并进行了运动分析,研究了不同偏置组合对活塞二阶运动和润滑性能的影响,比较分析了活塞销偏置、曲轴偏置以及双偏置下的活塞撞击能和摩擦损失功。结果表明,活塞销偏置和曲轴偏置对活塞撞击能和摩擦损失功的影响明显,活塞销和曲轴同时偏置时对活塞撞击能和摩擦损失功的影响很明显,其中活塞销偏置是摩擦损失总功改变的决定因素,并决定着活塞撞击能峰值位置。此外,活塞销或曲轴向主推力侧偏置能有效降低活塞撞击能,向次推力侧偏置能有效降低活塞摩擦损失总功,为改善活塞-缸套系统的性能提供了设计依据和指导。Aiming to the development of high speed,high explosion pressure and light weight for the internal combustion engine,it which introduces the coupling mechanism between piston pin bias and crankshaft bias,analyzes the working efficiency and stability of the internal combustion engine,establishes the kinetic equation of the piston in the motion plane of TS and ATS and the Reynolds equation based on the smooth block according to the piston force and moment balance.The dynamic simulation model of Piston is established by AVL-Piston & Rings to obtain the piston motion,and the influence of the secondary motion and lubrication performance of piston is studied with different bias combination offset.Then,the kinetic energy and friction loss power of piston are analyzed under piston pin bias,crankshaft bias and double bias.The results show the impact of piston pin bias or crankshaft bias only on kinetic energy and friction loss power of piston is significantly different,the impact of piston pin and crankshaft bias on kinetic energy and friction loss power of piston is different,the bias of the piston pin in double offset is the determining factor to the change of friction loss power.The bias to the side of the main thrust TS of piston pin or crankshaft can effectively reduce the piston kinetic energy,and offset to the side ATS can effectively reduce the friction loss power of piston,providing design basis and guidance for further improving the performance of the piston-cylinder system.
