摘　　要：目的通过检测宫颈癌组织中CD36表达情况,探讨CD36在宫颈癌进展中的作用。方法应用Western blotting检测宫颈癌细胞株中CD36的表达,同时采用免疫组织化学技术检测102例宫颈癌组织及46例癌旁正常组织中CD36的表达,分析CD36表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理因素的关系。结果 3株宫颈癌细胞(C33a、HCE1、Hela)CD36/GAPDH灰度比值分别为(4.6±1.3)、(43.3±2.6)、(45.8±3.4)%,CD36在Hela、HCE1细胞中呈高表达,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);宫颈癌中CD36阳性率高达72.5%,而癌旁正常组织中CD36阳性表达率为21.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);宫颈癌中CD36表达与患者年龄、临床分期、T分期等无相关(P>0.05),而与分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P <0.05)。结论 CD36可能在宫颈癌的进展中发挥重要作用,有望成为宫颈癌防治的新靶点。Objective To examine the expression of CD36 and its role in the progression of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 102 cases of cervical cancer tissue as well as 46 cases of normal cervical tissue were collected in this study.CD36 expression in cell lines and human tissues were identified by Western blot and immunochemistry,respectively.Results Western blotting showed that the ratio of CD36/GAPDH were(4.6±1.3),(43.3±2.6)and(45.8±3.4)in C33a,HCE1 and Hela,respectively(P<0.05).The positive rate of CD36 expression was 72.5% and 21.7% in cervical cancer and normal tissue,respectively(P<0.05).Expression of CD36 was closely associated with degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)while no significant correlation in CD36 expression was identified between cervical cancer and age,clinical stage or T stage(P>0.05).Conclusions CD36 may play an important role in the progression of cervical cancer and may be a new therapeutic target for cervical cancer.
