摘 要:针对大尺寸物体位姿实时精密测量的需求,基于单像空间后方交会原理,设计一种基于单相片的位姿测量方法。位姿重复测量实验表明,在6 m范围内,文中方法位置重复测量精度优于0.021 mm,角度重复测量精度优于0.003 6°。与激光跟踪仪测量结果的公共点转换实验表明,文中方法位置测量精度优于0.060 mm,角度测量精度优于0.005 2°。文中方法操作简单,设备成本低,适用性好,能实时、高精度测量大尺寸物体的位姿。For the need for precise position and orientation measurement of large size objects, a single image pose measurement method is designed based on the principle of single image space resection based on four non collinear control points. The experiment of position repeated measurement shows that in the range of 6m, the position repeated measurement accuracy of the method is better than 0.021 mm, and the precision of angle repeated measurement is better than 0.003 6 degrees. The common point conversion experiments with the measurement results of laser tracker show that the position accuracy of the method is better than 0.060 mm, and the angle measurement accuracy is better than 0.005 2 degrees. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost of equipment and good adaptability, which can measure the position and repeated of large size objects in high precision in real time.
