摘　　要：结合渭河治理成就和河情新变化,总结探讨了新时代渭河下游生态文明建设的突出问题,并从流域全局和系统治水要求出发,提出了推进渭河生态文明建设的对策建议。Regarding the new changes of river regime of the Weihe River and achievements made for utilization, the paper focuses on obvious problems with ecological civilization and progress in the downstream of the Weihe River in the new age. Measures are proposed from the viewpoints of overall river basin and requirements of systematic water governance.
