摘　　要：简要介绍了胎儿外耳的正常解剖结构和胚胎发育特点,分析了超声检查在胎儿外耳畸形诊断中的现状,阐述了超声检查胎儿外耳畸形的时间窗、外耳畸形产前的超声表现、外耳畸形作为某些染色体异常的敏感性指标等关键性问题。指出了随着超声诊断技术的不断提高,促使包括胎儿外耳畸形在内的其他微小畸形的准确诊断成为可能,胎儿外耳畸形筛查在产前超声筛查中应该得到推广和普及,以降低出生缺陷发生率。The normal anatomic structure and embryo development of fetal external ear were introduced briefly.The present situation of ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed for fetal external ear malformation,and some key issues were described such as the time window ultrasound examination used for diagnosing fetal external ear malformation,prenatal ultrasonic manifesta-tion of external ear malformation as well as marking chromosome abnormality by external ear malformation.It's pointed out ultrasound may be applied to the diagnoses of minor anomalies such as fetal external ear malformation with the development of ultrasound technology,and ultrasound was suggested to be promoted for screening fetal external ear malformation.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):85-88]
