摘 要:目的探讨血液净化护理专业组管理模式对连续性肾脏替代治疗护士的专业水平及核心胜任力的效果。方法成立血液净化护理专业组、制订血液净化专业管理模式、实施血液净化专业管理模式。结果连续性肾脏替代治疗护士理论成绩、操作技能得分、核心胜任力自评总分及知识、能力、个性特征维度的得分均高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论血液净化护理专业组管理模式的建立与实践,提高了连续性肾脏替代治疗护士的理论知识、操作技能及胜任力,有利于连续性肾脏替代治疗护士专业化发展。Objective To evaluate the effect of professional steudards and core competency of group management in continuous renal replacement specialist nurses.Methods Measures included setting up a blood purification nursing professional group,building management establishing and conducting professional management model.Results After the training,the scores of theory examination and skill test,core competency and knowledge,ability,personality dimensions in nurses were significantly higher than before(P<0.01).Conclusion The group management improves the knowledge,skills and core competency of continuous renal replacement specialist nurses,which is worty to promote in clinical.
