摘 要:本文针对城市路内停车场利用率长期过高或过低的问题,建立三种组合评价模型:基于综合权重的层次分析法、基于综合权重的模糊综合评价法和基于综合权重的灰色关联分析法,对路内停车场类别进行排序调整。通过实地调研成都市一环路沿线24个路内停车场停车数据,对该24个路内停车场进行初步划分,为停车场类别划分提供依据判断。结果表明:通过组合评价模型可对路内停车场中的不合理类别进行重新分类,提高分类结果准确度,解决部分停车场泊位利用率过高或过低问题,进而减少车辆巡游。未来可结合路内停车场实时动态信息采集技术,实现路内停车场的实时动态类别调整。Aiming at solving the long-term and low or high parking berth utilization problem of partial on-street parking lots, this study establishes three types of combined evaluation models to adjust the category of on-street parking lots: analytic hierarchy process based on comprehensive weight, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on comprehensive weight, and gray relational analysis based on comprehensive weight. Through field research on parking data of 24 on-street parking lots along the first ring road in Chengdu city, a preliminary division of the 24 parking lots was obtained for the theoretical basis of parking lot classification. The results demonstrated that the combination evaluation methods could improve the accuracy of the classification result, reduce the number of cruising vehicles, and solve the problem of over-utilization or under-utilization of some on-street parking lots. Dynamic adjustment of the on-street parking category could be combined with real-time information acquisition technology in the future.
