摘 要:采用身体自我效能感问卷、体育运动动机量表、运动员心理倦怠问卷对836名初中生进行调查,以探究引发学生体育倦怠的心理作用机制,并分析运动动机在自我效能感和体育倦怠过程中的中介作用。结果表明:(1)学生的身体自我效能感、运动动机、体育倦怠在学段、性别上差异显著;(2)身体自我效能感能正向预测运动动机,负向预测体育倦怠,内部动机与外部动机均负向预测倦怠,而无动机能正向预测体育倦怠。(3)身体自我效能感不但能够直接作用于体育倦怠,而且还能以运动动机为媒介缓解体育倦怠。In order to explore the psychological mechanism of psychological burnout and mediating effects of sports motivation on the relationship between Physical self-efficacy and Sport burnout .836 junior high school students were recruited to complete Physical self-efficacy questionnaire, Sports motivation scale and Athletes' psychological burnout questionnaire .the results show as follow:1)Significant differences were found in physical self-efficacy, sport motivation and sport burnout in grade and gender.2)Physical self-efficacy was positively correlated with sport motivation and negatively correlated with sport burnout. Both internal motivation and external motivation were negatively correlated with burnout, while amotivation was positively correlated with sports burnout.3)There are mediating effect of sport motivation on relationship between physical Self-efficacy and Sport burnout.
