优秀男子撑杆跳高运动员陈阳最后两步助跑至起跳技术的运动学分析

摘　　要：目的:采用APAS三维运动解析系统对第13届全运会男子青少年组撑杆跳高冠军陈阳的助跑起跳技术进行运动学分析,探讨其在最后两步助跑至起跳阶段步长、速度、起跳时间及各关节角度等方面的动作技术特点,并针对存在的问题提出合理性建议。方法:采用两台JVC GC-P100摄像机对动作技术进行三维定点拍摄,利用美国APAS对陈阳最好成绩(5. 0m)的录像进行解析。结论:(1)陈阳最后两步步长表现出"长-短"的特征,且步长/身高差值与国内外优秀撑杆跳高运动员接近,但陈阳的绝对速度水平较差;(2)陈阳采用的是"自由起跳"技术,但陈阳的起跳时间较长;(3)陈阳的起跳角属于正常范围;(4)陈阳的踝关节角属于正常范围,膝关节角、髋关节角与国内外优秀运动员存在一定的差距,存在塌腰、屈髋的现象;(5)陈阳的肩关节角度符合撑杆跳高的技术要求,但肘关节角度较小,对杆的支撑力不够充足。Objective: Using the APAS three-dimensional motion analysis system to analyze the kinematics of the running and jumping technique of the men's youth pole vault champion Chen Yang in the 13th National Games,the paper discusses the step,speed and take-off time of the last two steps from the run-up to the take-off stage and the technical characteristics of the joint angle and other aspects,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems. Methods: Two JVC GC-P100 cameras were used to perform three-dimensional fixed-point shooting on the motion technology. The video of Chen Yang's best score ( 5. 0m) was analyzed by American APAS. Conclusion:( 1) Chen Yang's last two steps show the characteristics of“long-short”,and the step /height difference is close to the excellent pole vault athletes at home and abroad,but Chen Yang's absolute speed level is poor.( 2) Chen Yang uses the“free jump”technology,but Chen Yang's take-off time is longer.( 3) Chen Yang's take-off angle is within the normal range.( 4) Chen Yang's ankle joint angle is within the normal range. There is a certain gap between Chen Yang's knee joint angle and the hip joint angle and those of excellent athletes at home and abroad. There is a phenomenon of collapse of the waist and hip flexion.( 5) Chen Yang's shoulder joint angle meets the technical requirements of pole vault,but the angle of the elbow joint is small,and the support force of the pole is not enough.
