产后抑郁症患者海马氢质子磁共振波谱分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产后抑郁症患者海马区~1H-MRS的表现。方法对63例产后抑郁症患者及30例健康对照组~1H-MRS扫描,感兴趣区为双侧海马,并计算NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr的值。结果中重度PPD组双侧海马区NAA/Cr较正常组及轻度PPD组减低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常组、轻度PPD组及中重度PPD组两两之间Cho/Cr差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产后抑郁症患者海马区NAA水平的变化与产后抑郁症的发生有关。Objective To study the characteristic of 1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1H-MRS) on hippocampus in patients with postpartum depression (PPD). Methods 63 patients with PPD and 30 volunteers were scanned on a 1.5 T magnetic resonance scanner. The region of interest was placed on the hippocampus bilaterally, and the value of NAA/ Cr, Cho/Cr was counted. Results The bilateral hippocampus NAA/ Cr ratio was lower in moderate and severe PPD group compared with healthy control subjects and mild PPD group respectively ( P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on Cho/Cr ratio between the normal group, the mild PPD group and the moderate and severe PPD group ( P >0.05). Conclusion The change of NAA level in hippocampus is closely related to the occurrence of postpartum depression.
