摘　　要：目的研究三峡库区新生儿期唇腭裂应用鼻-牙槽突矫治器(PNAM)矫治的治疗效果。方法选择2017年5月—2018年6月我院收治的三峡库区82例新生儿期唇腭裂患儿作为研究对象,随机将82例唇腭裂患儿分成对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=41),其中对照组为未进行PNAM矫治的患儿,观察组为全程进行PNAM矫治患儿,比较两组的矫治效果。结果观察组治疗后各指标:后牙弓宽(AW)、牙弓周长(AC)、腭部面积(PA)、腭部裂隙宽(CPW)、牙槽突裂隙宽(CWA)、牙槽突裂隙矢状向距离(CWAS)、水平向距离(CWAH)、前颌突倾斜度(PMD)、裂隙面积(CA)明显优于治疗前(P <0.05);对照组与观察组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对比两组新生儿期唇腭裂患儿矫治效果表明,全程进行PNAM矫治患儿矫治效果更为理想。Objective To study the effect of PNAM correction in cleft lip and palate in the three gorges reservoir area.Methods From May 2017 to June 2018,82 children with cleft lip and palate in the Three Gorges reservoir area were divided into the control group(n=41)and the experimental group(n=41).The control group did not undergo PNAM correction,the observation group was treated with PNAM throughout the treatment,and the effect of correction was compared.Results After treatment,the indicators of posterior arch width(AW),arch circumference(AC),ankle area(PA),ankle fissure width(CPW),alveolar cleft width(CWA),teeth The sagittal longitudinal distance(CWAS),horizontal distance(CWAH),anterior maxillary inclination(PMD),and fissure area(CA)in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the corrective effect of two groups of children with cleft lip and palate in neonatal period,it shows that the whole course of PNAM correction is more ideal for children with cleft lip and palate.
