摘　　要：目的研究广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-12、IL-17的表达。方法选择受检人员作为本次研究对象,并根据其不同疾病类型将100例受检人员进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组(广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者);对照组(成人慢性牙周炎患者),对所有受检人员IL-12、IL-17的表达采用龈沟液测定,分析两组测定结果。结果观察组受检人员BI、PD、AL均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组受检人员IL-12、IL-17水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同疾病类型牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-12、IL-17的表达具有差异性。Objective To study the expression of IL-12 and IL-17 in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with extensive invasive pe riodontitis.Methods Examinees were selected as subjects of this study,and 100 examinees were divided into two groups according to their different disease types,including the observation group(patients with extensive invasive periodontitis)and the control group(patients with chronic periodontitis),the expressions of IL-12 and IL-17were measured by gingival crevicular fluid,and the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The BI,PD and AL of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-12 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IL-12 and IL-17 in gingival crevicular fluid of periodontitis patients with different disease types were different.
