精准扶贫战略下引导大学生农村基层就业的问题研究

摘　　要：党中央国务院高度重视引导大学生农村基层就业的工作,从2003年起出台了多项政策推进此项工作的实施。但是,由于受就业观念、高校人才培养模式以及农村基层工作状况等各种因素的影响,这些政策实施的效果有待提升。精准扶贫战略是国家在新时期为实现全面脱贫采取的国家战略,这一战略的实施有利于改变高校的人才培养模式,有利于改变大学生的就业观念,有利于改变农村基层的工作状况,精准扶贫战略对引导大学生农村基层就业具有积极意义。因此,在精准扶贫战略下,应积极转变高校人才培养模式、制定和实施国家政策加大社会宣传力度,,以期能够借着精准扶贫战略的"东风",引导大学生农村基层就业。The Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council attach great importance to guiding the employment of college students at the grassroots level and a number of policies have been introduced to promote the implementation of this work. However, due to the influence of various factors, these policies have limited effect. The strategy of precision poverty alleviation is a national strategy adopted by the state in order to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation in the new era. The implementation of the strategy plays a positive role in guiding college students to employment at the grass-roots level in rural areas. Therefore, we should make strategic adjustment in university personnel training mode, national policy formulation and implementation, increase publicity and changing the concept of employment. Through the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation strategy, we should actively guide college students to obtain employment at the grassroots level in rural areas.
