摘　　要：目的探讨血液肿瘤患者应用硫酸镁温热敷治疗PICC血栓的效果分析及对VAS评分的影响。方法选取我院收治的140例血液肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用硫酸镁温热敷治疗,对照组患者采用普通温热敷治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血栓严重程度无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的血栓严重程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液肿瘤患者应用硫酸镁温热敷治疗PICC血栓的效果显著,并有效缓解疼痛,改善生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate warm compress in the treatment of PICC thrombus in patients with hematologic tumor and its effect on the VAS score. Methods A total of 140 patients with hematological malignancies who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to the random methods, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated warm compress with magnesium sulfate, while those in the control group were treated with general warm compress. Results The effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in thrombosis severity between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the thrombosis severity of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, no significant difference was found in VAS score of patients between the two groups (P>0.05). But after treatment, patients in the observation group had significantly lower VAS score than in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of patients in the observation group after treatment was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of magnesium sulfate warm compress had good effect in the treatment of PICC thrombosis, and the VAS score was significantly decreased. Therefore, it should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
