扶正解毒通络汤在防治胃癌前病变中的应用及对患者胃功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正解毒通络汤在防治胃癌前病变中的应用及对患者胃功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的胃癌前病变患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例,观察组应用扶正解毒通络汤治疗,对照组应用胃复春治疗,对两组患者的中医症状评分以及胃功能进行对比分析。结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者嗳气、神疲乏力以及胃脘胀满等中医症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者中医症状评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正解毒通络汤在治疗胃癌前病变患者中的应用疗效较好,可显著改善患者的胃功能,临床上应推广应用。Objective To explore the application of Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo decoction in the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and its effect on gastric function. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with precancerous gastric cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in observation group got Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo decoction, while those in control group got Weifuchun. Compare and analyze the improvement of symptoms and gastric function of patients in the two groups. Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions and complications in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms like belching, deathy and epigastric fullness had no differences between the two groups. After treatment, the TCM symptoms scores were all lower than before treatment, and were lower in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions of patients, the application of Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo decoction not only had good clinical efficacy, but also improved effectively the gastric function of patients. It should be promoted in clinical application.
