腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与GnRH-a联合治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与GnRH-a联合治疗临床疗效。方法从本院选取2016年至2017年收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组50例,对照组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合GnRH-a进行治疗。对比分析两组患者子宫体积变化情况、肌瘤体积变化情况、各项手术指标变化情况、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合GnRH-a治疗后,观察组子宫体积变化情况、各项手术指标变化情况优于对照组,观察组肌瘤体积变化情况和不良反应发生情况低于对照组,观察组治疗效果高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与GnRH-a联合治疗后,可有效改善患者子宫变化情况、肌瘤体积和手术指标变化,降低患者不良反应发生率,提高临床疗效,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of laparoscopic myomectomy and GnRH-a. Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted between 2016 to 2017 were selected for study. All patients were divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group using a random number table method. The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. For treatment, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy and GnRH-a. The changes in uterine volume, changes in fibroid volume, changes in various surgical indicators, treatment effects, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After observation group patients were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy and GnRH-a, the changes of uterine volume and the changes of various surgical indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Changes in the volume of fibroids and occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group were observed. Lower than the control group, the observation group treatment effect is higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After laparoscopic myomectomy combined with GnRH-a treatment, it can effectively improve the uterus changes, fibroid volume and surgical index changes, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve clinical efficacy, it is worthy of application.
