矛头腹蛇血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析对上消化出血患者采取矛头腹蛇血凝酶治疗所获取的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年6月期间于本院接受上消化道出血治疗的患者56例为研究对象,依据数字表法随机分为观察组与参照组,各28例。采用常规治疗方案对参照组实施治疗,观察组接受常规治疗与矛头腹蛇血凝酶静推联合方案治疗。将两组治疗后的临床效果实施对比分析。结果观察组的出血停止时间、再出血患者例数以及平均住院天数均优于参照组;观察组治疗后的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶原时间等凝血指标值低于参照组,血红蛋白值高于参照组;观察组的临床治疗总有效率远高于参照组。上述两组间的各项指标值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上消化出血患者接受矛头蝮蛇血凝酶治疗后所获取的临床治疗效果更佳,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of upper digestive hemorrhage in patients with upper hemorrhagic hemorrhage. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into 28 observation groups and reference according to the digital table method. Group, 28 cases each. The reference group was treated with a conventional treatment protocol, and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment and a combination of spearhead and hematopoietic enzymes. The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The bleeding stop time, the number of rebleeding patients and the average length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the reference group. The prothrombin time and activated partial prothrombin time after treatment were lower than the reference group, hemoglobin value. Higher than the reference group;the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was much higher than that in the reference group. The difference between the indicators in the above two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with upper digestive hemorrhage after treatment with spearhead hemoglobin is better and has clinical value.
