摘  要:目的了解男护士感知的高绩效工作系统、自我不确定感现状,分析男护士感知高绩效工作系统的影响因素。方法于2018年2月,应用高绩效工作系统问卷、自我不确定感量表对浙江省3个城市的7家三级医院的297名男护士进行问卷调查。结果男护士高绩效工作系统得分为34.79±3.95分,自我不确定感得分为40.32±10.94分。分层回归分析显示,高绩效工作系统能够独立解释男护士自我不确定感的36.50%。结论男护士感知的高绩效工作系统水平越高,其自我不确定感水平越低,是男护士自我不确定感的主要影响因素。Objective To investigate the status quo of high-performance work system,self-uncertainty among male nurses,and to explore the influencing factors of high-performance work system in male nurses'perception.Methods We investigated 297 male nurses from 7 first-class hospitals of three cities of Zhejiang Province using High-performance Work System questionnaire and Self-uncertainty Scale in February 2018.Results The mean score of Highperformance Work System was(34.79±3.95),and the mean score of Self-uncertainty was(40.32±10.94).Stratified regression analysis showed that the proportion of variance of self-uncertainty that could be explained by high-performance work system was 36.50%among male nurses.Conclusion The higher the high-performance work system perceived by male nurses,the lower the level of self-uncertainty.Perceived high-performance work system was the main influencing factor of self-uncertainty among male nurses.
