摘　　要：本文梳理了国内外海洋农业的研究现状,探讨了基于"蓝色粮仓"的海洋农业发展模式,最后提出了完善海洋水产品产业链、建立可持续发展的海洋农业生态系统和优化海洋农业空间布局等政策建议。This paper reviews the research status of marine agriculture at home and abroad,discusses the development model of marine agriculture based on“blue granary”,and finally puts forward some policy suggestions,such as promoting the industrial chain of marine aquatic products,establishing sustainable marine agro-ecosystem and optimizing the spatial distribution of marine agriculture.
