摘 要:森林体验教育活动是在全球可持续发展教育背景下产生和发展,并由北京市引入中国积极探索近20年,目前大多数活动面临着硬件设施和软件内容亟待提档优化的问题。本研究基于分众理论,将活动受众划分为社会大众、亲子家庭和在校学生三组群体,通过问卷调查法和深度座谈法,对三组受众群体的人口学特征、活动满意度、活动偏好等展开调查,结果表明:社会大众偏向内容实用性,对活动地的交通便利性有较高需求;亲子家庭注重活动的知识性和趣味性,希望多在自然环境中开展分年龄段的活动;在校学生多选择内容科普性强的活动,对人员服务有较大需求。本研究从完善管理规定、加强人员培养、引导基地建设、丰富活动形式、鼓励社会参与、规范志愿服务、扩大社会宣传等方面总结优化模式,为北京市及其他地区森林体验教育活动提供有益参考。Forest experience education activity emerges and develops in the context of global education for sustainable development,which was introduced into China through capital Beijing,and has been actively explored for more than 20 years.At present,most of the activities are facing the problems that the infrastructures and contents need to be optimized urgently.Based on the theory of demassification,the audiences are divided into social mass,parent-child family and school students,then investigation on 3 groups’demographic characteristics,activities satisfaction and preferences is made through questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that the social mass group prefer activities with practical content and convenient location;the parent-child family group prefers activity with interesting content with knowledge,they are hoping for more activities with appropriate age grading;the school student group prefers activities with educational content and is in demand of better personnel services.This study summarizes the optimization mode from completing management regulations,strengthening personnel training,guiding base construction,enriching activity forms,encouraging society involvement,standardizing volunteer services and expanding propaganda,so as to provide useful reference for forest experience education activities in Beijing and other areas.
