摘　　要：生态修复是我国生态文明建设的一项重要生态工程,生态修复的主旨是依靠大自然的自我修复和科学的人工修复来完成。黑龙江省两大平原在我国生态安全和粮食安全中具有重要的战略地位。依据两大平原不同的修复重点开展不同的修复方式,如农田防护林修复、湿地修复、土壤修复、矿山开发后土壤修复等,并且实施一系列的配套措施,如农林复合发展经营模式、生态补偿制度、生态修复主体制度、生态修复基金制度等。Ecological restoration is an important ecological project in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The main purpose of ecological restoration is to rely on nature’s self-repair and scientific artificial restoration.The two plains in Heilongjiang Province are important in China’s ecological security and food security.The strategic position,according to the different restoration priorities of the two plains,carry out different repair methods,farmland shelterbelt restoration,wetland restoration,soil restoration,soil restoration after mine development,etc.,and implement a series of supporting measures,such as agroforestry development business model,Ecological compensation system,ecological restoration main system,and ecological restoration fund system.
