摘　　要：采用防蚊整理剂JYK-PL100对纯棉针织物进行整理制备防蚊面料,研究了防蚊剂质量分数、处理温度、浸渍时间等工艺参数对面料防蚊效果及服用性能的影响。当防蚊剂质量分数为25%,在30℃下浸渍15 min时,制得的防蚊面料的防蚊效果最佳。毒理性测试证明,该防蚊面料具有良好的人体安全性;防蚊整理面料的回潮率和透湿率有所下降;暴晒7.5 h后防蚊面料仍具有良好的防蚊效果,具有良好的抗老化性能;防蚊面料具有较好的耐皂洗色牢度。An anti-mosquito fabric was prepared by using the anti-mosquito finishing agent JYK-PL100 for the cotton knitwear finishing.The effects of the anti-mosquito concentration,treatment temperature and the immersion time and other technical parameters on anti-mosquito effect and wearabilitywere explored.The antimosquito fabric achieved the optimal anti-mosquito effect when concentration of the anti-mosquito finishing agent was 25%,and dipped under 30℃for 15 min.The anti-mosquito fabric showed excellent human safety,which was demonstrated by toxicological tests.The moisture regain and moisture permeability of fabrics were decreased after anti-mosquito finishing.The anti-mosquito fabric still maintained a good anti-mosquito function when it was exposed for 7.5 h,indicating the treated fabric hasbetteraging resistance.Anti-mosquito fabrics have better water resistance.
