摘  要:除冰融雪剂对金属的腐蚀和混凝土路面的盐冻破坏已经是无法回避的问题。本研究报道了一种能适用于各类融雪除冰组分中的添加剂(saferoad),该添加剂能够明显的降低各类除冰融雪剂对碳钢的腐蚀,满足国家标准中对这一指标的要求。同时,也能减轻对混凝土盐冻破坏,混凝土剥落量降低减少50%及以上。研究结果表明,saferoad添加剂具有适用性广,添加量小,性能稳定,能明显减少除冰融雪剂对公路及其附属设施带来的负面影响,减少维护费用。The corrosion of metals and the salt damage of concrete pavements by deicing and snow melting reagents have been an unavoidable problem. This study reports an additive (saferoad) that can be applied to many deicing and snow melting reagents. This additive can significantly reduce the corrosion of various deicing and snow melting reagents on carbon steel and meet the requirements in the national standards. Meanwhile, it can also reduce the damage of concrete frost deterioration, and the concrete peeling amount is reduced by 50% and even more. The research results show that the saferoad additive has wide applicability, small addition amount and stable performance, which can significantly reduce the negative impact of the deicing and snow melting reagents on the highway and its ancillary facilities, simultaneously reduce the maintenance costs.
