摘  要:在油气集输系统中,管汇用于汇集与分配各井口采出物。管汇系统进行流量分配时,流型、惯性力、重力等因素将导致各引出管流量分配不均,影响集输工艺系统运行的经济性与安全性。为能够充分认识管汇偏流现象,有必要系统地梳理管汇偏流问题研究现状。压力分布不均、湍流、惯性力是造成单相流管汇系统偏流的主要原因;与单相流管汇相比,气液两相流管汇偏流成因还包括流型、气液两相惯性差异、气体携带液体的能力等。几何因素、运行参数和流体物性是管汇偏流的主要影响因素,为此采取几何结构调整、压力分布调整、流型调整、气液两相预分离、多级分配五种偏流控制方法降低管汇偏流程度,并指出油气集输管汇系统偏流问题中有待深入研究的问题。Manifolds are used to collect and distribute productions from wells in oil- gas gathering and transportation system. In the process of flow distribution,factors such as flow regime,inertial force and gravity cause flow maldistribution of transfer pipes, which affects the economy and safety gathering and transportation process system. For comprehensively understanding the phenomenonof flow maldistribution, it is necessary to systematically sort out the current research situation of manifold flow maldistribution. Pressure maldistribution, turbulence and inertial force are the main reasons for flow maldistribution in single- phase flow manifolds. Compared with single- phase flow manifolds, flow regime, the inertia difference between gas and liquid,and the capacity of gas carrying liquid also cause flow maldistribution in two- phase flow manifolds. Geometric factor, operating parameters and fluid properties are the main influencing factors of flow maldistribution in manifolds. Therefore, five flow maldistribution methods, namely geometric structure adjustment, pressure distribution adjustment, flow regime adjustment, gas- liquid pre- separation and multi- stage distribution are adopted to reduce the degree of manifold flow maldistribution, and the problems needing deep research in the current research on flow maldistribution of oil-gas gathering and transportation manifold systems are pointed out.
