耳后发际入路切除腮腺肿瘤的21例总结报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨经耳后发际入路切除腮腺下极良性肿瘤的临床应用。方法:选取我院2014-07—2016-11收治的21例良性腮腺肿瘤患者,采用耳后发际入路切除下极良性肿瘤,并用胸锁乳突肌瓣修复组织缺损,现对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:21例患者均顺利接受手术治疗。其中,2例出现积液,1例出现暂时性面神经下颌缘支损伤。所有患者切口均愈合良好,无肿瘤复发情况,给予患者0.5~1年的随访观察,瘢痕几乎不可见。结论:采用耳后发际入路切除腮腺后下极良性肿瘤,加肌瓣修复,恢复快,手术耗时短,安全可靠,美观效果佳,易于被患者接受。Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of postauricular hairline approach in parotidectomy of benign tumors. Methods: From July 2014 to November 2016, 21 cases of begin parotid tumors were analyzed and retrospectively reviewed. Results: 21 patients were successfully treated with resection. Two cases suffered with effusion postoperatively. One case showed temporary facial nerve mandible branch paralysis. All incisions healed with first intention. No tumor recurrence were observed in a period of six months to one year follow-up. The surgical scars were almost invisible. Conclusion: This article presents a time saving, safe and reliable, rapid recovery and good cosmetic effective surgical approach for parotidectomy, that may be considered by practioners.
