从让行典型交通事故认识交通法

摘　　要：交通法规目的是规范交通秩序,保障道路通畅和人车安全,对于交通运输起着不可替代的作用。在执行法律的过程中,必须要依法办事扼杀住违法行为,甚至是扼杀住违法意念,让违法者承担违法后果,才能起到较好的警示效果。这需要执法者必须依法行事,如果做的不到位,法律可能就是一纸空文。文章通过笔者亲历的一起左转和直行的典型交通事故,结合交通法规规定,分析认识交通法规科学性,并对处理结果做了对比评价。Traffic laws and regulations play an irreplaceable role in transportation due to their service to ensure smooth roads and safety of both people and vehicles. Their enforcement requires strict observance that means illegal behavior, or even illegal ideas should be prohibited, and those who violate the laws must be prosecuted. Otherwise, the laws will be a mere scrap of paper as a result of poor enforcement. This paper reveals the scientific nature of traffic laws and regulations through a typical traffic accident of turning left and going straight and makes a comparative evaluation of the traffic accident settlement.
