中空玻璃微珠填充聚丙烯轻质复合材料的研究现状

摘　　要：聚丙烯(PP)被用作汽车保险杠的主要原料,随着汽车轻量化目标的提出,需要对PP进行改性,降低整体密度,并且保持力学性能,这里使用的填充改性剂主要是中空玻璃微珠(HGB)。从PP/HGB增强改性、PP/HGB增韧改性、HGB对PP发泡体系的影响等方面介绍了HGB填充PP轻质复合材料的研究进展。Polypropylene(PP)was used as the main raw material for automobile bumpers.As the goal of lightweight vehicles was proposed,it was necessary to modify PP to reduce the overall density and maintain mechanical properties.The filling modifier used here was mainly hollow glass beads(HGB).This paper would introduce the research progress of HGB-filled PP lightweight composites from PP/HGB enhanced modification,PP/HGB toughening modification,and HGB impact on PP foaming system.
