摘  要:砷、锡、锑是钢中常见的残余有害元素。通过实验,研究了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)内标法同时测定铬钼钢中砷、锡、锑元素质量分数的方法。介绍了ICP-AES分析法测定实验的试剂制备、实验方法、测量条件和分析线选择,得到了砷、锡、锑的标准工作曲线。实验结果表明,该方法所测元素线性关系及重复性良好,定量准确,线性相关系数大于0.999 4,绝对误差不大于0.02%,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。此方法的精度和准确度完全满足同时快速测定铬钼钢中砷、锡、锑元素质量分数的需求,操作简便,具有较好的实用性。Arsenic,tin and antimony are common residual harmful elements in steel. A method has been developed to determine these impurity elements in Cr-Mo steels by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). The preparation of reagents,testing methods,testing conditions and line selection of the method were introduced,the standard curves of arsenic,tin and antimony were obtained. The results show that the linear relation and repeatability of the elements measured by this method are satisfying and the quantitative accuracy is acceptable. The linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 4,the absolute error is less than 0.02% and the relative standard deviation is less than 3.0%. The precision and accuracy of this method can meet the requirement of rapid determination of arsenic,tin and antimony in Cr-Mo steels with advantages of easy operation and good practicability.
