摘  要:深松技术是机械化保护性耕作的关键技术。针对深松机机架静力学性能较差及质量较大等问题,开展了基于ANSYS Workbench的深松机机架静力学分析及轻量化设计。通过Solidworks建立了深松机的三维模型,并用ANSYS Workbench对机架的静力学性能进行有限元分析;采用solidThinking Inspire软件进行机架的拓扑优化,从减少质量和提高刚度2个角度考虑,并对优化后的机架进行验证。结果表明:优化后的机架最大应力降低了31. 30%,质量减少了39. 03%,且固有频率与拖拉机振动频率差距较大,有效地避免了共振现象的发生。通过本次优化设计,提高了机架的静力学性能和稳定性,满足了深松作业要求。此方法可以为深松机机架的设计和优化提供参考。Subsoiling technology is the key technology for mechanized conservation tillage.Aiming at the problem of poor static performance and high quality of the subsoil machine frame,this paper carried out the static analysis and lightweight design of the subsoil machine frame based on ANSYS Workbench.The 3D model of the subsoiler was established by Solidworks,and the static performance of the frame was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.The solidThinking Inspire software is used to optimize the topology of the frame,from the perspective of reducing quality and improving stiffness,verifying the optimized frame.The results show that the maximum stress of the optimized frame is reduced by 31.30%,the mass is reduced by 39.03%,and the difference between the natural frequency and the tractor vibration frequency is large,which effectively avoids the occurrence of resonance phenomenon.Through this optimized design,the static performance of the frame is improved and the stability is high,which can meet the requirements of subsoiling operation.This method can provide reference for the design and optimization of the subsoiler frame.
