警务实战化视阈下查缉战术课程的教学思考

摘　　要：目前的查缉战术课程在教学理念、教学团队建设、教学实施过程、场地设施保障等方面都存在偏差,与实战要求脱节严重,难以满足在警务实战化的大背景下对战术课提出的要求。我们应当重新认识战术课程,精心设计组织实施,加强教学团队的建设,完善场地设施建设,提高学员的运用战术意识。At present,there are some deviations in the teaching idea,the construction of the teaching team,the teaching process and the guarantee of the site facilities,which is disjointed with the actual combat requirements and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the tactical course under the background of the actual police combat.We should re-recognize the tactical curriculum,carefully design and implement,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,improve the construction of site facilities and improve the tactical awareness of the students.
