黛立新联合生物反馈治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黛立新联合生物反馈治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年7月—2018年6月接诊的功能性消化不良患者78例,随机分为2组各39例。对照组给予黛立新治疗,观察组给予黛力新联合生物反馈治疗,对比2组治疗前后的生活质量及治疗总有效率。结果 2组治疗前PCS、MCS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PCS、MCS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良患者给予黛力新联合生物反馈治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with biofeedback in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 78 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Deanxit,while the observation group was treated with Deanxit combined with biofeedback.The quality of life and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in PCS and MCS scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,PCS and MCS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of functional dyspepsia patients with Deanxit combined with biofeedback can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life.
