摘　　要：牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物(neurotropin, NTP)是一种非蛋白小分子生物制品,早期在临床上多应用在镇痛方面,近年来发现其在免疫调节和神经保护方面也有重要作用,被认为有扩大适应症的潜能。本文综述该药在治疗神经源性疼痛、恶性肿瘤和缺血性脑卒中等疾病中的临床应用及其在镇痛、神经保护和免疫调节等药理学作用机制方面的研究进展。Neurotropin is a kind of non-protein small molecule biologics, which was widely used as an analgesic agent at the early stage. The recent studies demonstrated that this drug also had neuroprotective effect and immune regulatory function with the potential to expand clinical indication. This article reviewed the research progress in the clinical application of this drug in neuropathic pain, malignant tumor and ischemic stroke, and its pharmacological mechanisms on analgesic, neuroprotective and immunomodulatory effects.
