摘　　要：目的观察各种免疫组织化学抗体在不同肺癌内的差异表达结果 ,探讨其在各类型肺癌鉴别诊断中的价值,寻找最经济有效的免疫组织化学抗体组合。方法选取本院2013年10月～2015年5月收治的经肺活检诊断为肺癌的78例患者,通过免疫组织化学染色,观察免疫组织化学抗体在肺癌中的表达情况。结果 p63、p40、CK5/6在肺鳞状细胞癌中特异性高表达,Napsin A、CK7在肺腺癌中高表达,甲状腺转录因子(TTF-1)、CgA、Syn、CD56在肺小细胞癌及神经内分泌癌中高表达。结论免疫组织化学抗体的表达在肺癌分型中起非常关键的作用,合理应用免疫组织化学抗体可以使肺癌的分型更加明确,能够更好地指导临床工作。Objective To observe the differential expression of various immunohistochemical antibodies in different types of lung cancers,to explore their value in the differential diagnosis of various types of lung cancer,and to find the most cost-effective immunohistochemical antibody combination.Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by lung biopsy from October 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled in this study.Immunohistochemical staining was performed to observe the expression of immunohistochemical antibodies in lung cancer.Results High expression of p63,p40 and CK5/6 were in lung squamous cell carcinoma,Napsin A and CK7 were in high expression in lung adenocarcinoma,and TTF-1,CgA,Syn and CD56 were in high expression in small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of immunohistochemical antibodies plays a key role in the typing of lung cancer.Rational application of immunohistochemical antibodies is beneficial for clear lung cancer classification and guidance of clinical work.
