摘　　要：应用技术型高校更加注重学生实践能力、技术应用能力和创新能力的培养,校企合作是培养应用型本科人才的重要途径。从开展校企合作人才培养的现实意义出发,调研列举了一些高校常见的校企合作方式,并以天津理工大学中环信息学院与天津中环半导体股份有限公司开展的半导体加工方向定向培养班为例,全面总结了校企合作联合办学的思路、实施过程以及阶段性实践成果,并对今后校企深度合作提出了努力方向。Applied-technology universities pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ practical ability, technological application ability and innovation ability. School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate applied undergraduate talents. Starting from the practical significance of training school-enterprise cooperation talents, this paper lists some common ways of University-Enterprise cooperation. Taking the orientation training course of semiconductor processing conducted by Zhonghuan Information College Tianjin University of Technology and Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. as an example, it comprehensively summarizes the ideas of running the school jointly between universities and enterprises, the process and stage practical results. Also, it puts forward the direction of further cooperation between schools and enterprises in the future.
