高校教师档案管理系统的设计

摘　　要：高校教师档案管理是高校信息化建设的重要组成部分,对于高校管理层进行决策有重要的参考意义。目前高校的教师档案管理系统普遍存在着一些问题,如落后的管理理念、低效的管理方式、较低的信息化水平等,这严重阻碍了高校档案管理信息化的进程。基于此,从高校的实际需求出发,对系统进行需求分析与总体设计,并对系统进行了分模块划分,对涉及的各个模块功能进行了详细设计。在教学管理中,对于工作效率的提高,有着非常重要的现实意义。The teachers'archive management system in colleges and universities is an important part of college and university information construction.It is of great reference significance for the decision-making of college and university management.The backward management ideas,the inefficient management methods and the low level of information are common problems in the teachers'archive management system of colleges and universities.These problems hinders the progress of archive management information.Starting from the actual needs of colleges and universities and through system demand analysis and overall design,the paper has conducted system module division and carried out the detailed design of each module function.In teaching management,it is of great and practical significance for the improvement of work efficiency.
