摘　　要：全域旅游战略下,旅游者在旅游区内将获得全方位的满足、最全面的体验。导游人员的职业能力对旅游者的旅游体验的影响极为重要。没有高素质的导游人员,"全域旅游"的实现将受到极大的限制。站在全域旅游战略制高点上,在深入解析全域旅游战略、导游职业能力等内涵基础上,探讨助推全域旅游实现,满足旅游者的旅游体验,提升导游职业能力的策略。The tourists will get all-round experience and satisfaction in tourism fields under all-for-one tourism strategy.The professional ability of tour guides influences the tourists'experience greatly.The realization of all-for-one tourism will be restricted badly by tour guides without high level quality.The article focuses on the all-for-one tourism strategy,and illustrates the strategy and the professional ability of tour guides deeply,then discusses solutions about how to realize the strategy and satisfy needs of tourists and promote the tour guide's professional ability.
