西黄胶囊联合DP方案化疗对治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价西黄胶囊联合DP方案化疗对治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效分析。方法将60例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组采用西黄胶囊+DP方案(多西他赛+顺铂)化疗,对照组为单纯DP方案(多西他赛+顺铂)化疗,观察2组临床疗效、体力状况、临床症状及毒副反应方面的变化。结果试验组总缓解率优于对照组,2组在生活质量改善、白细胞减少、红细胞减少、消化道反应方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西黄胶囊联合DP方案化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌具有延缓肿瘤增长,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,减轻化疗引起的不良反应,显示出良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the Xihuang capsules combined with DP chemotherapy for treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer clinical analysis.Methods 60 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group of Xihuang capsules and DP regimen(docetaxel and cisplatin)chemotherapy,and the control group only applied the DP regimen(docetaxel and cisplatin)chemotherapy.The clinical curative effect,the condition changes,clinical symptoms and side effects were observed.Results The total remission rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,two groups of improvement in the quality of life,reduce the white blood cells,red blood cells decrease,digestive tract reaction had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang capsule combined with DP regimen can delay tumor growth,improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy and show good clinical results.
