摘 要:近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车越来越多的进入普通百姓家庭,成为大众家庭标配的代步工具,与此同时,对于普通的家庭使用,车辆本身的安全性能在车辆的各项指标中越来越引起人们的重视。为改善乘用车普遍存在的制动距离偏长的现状,给出了制动距离的目标定义和减短制动距离各个因素。通过相关检测设备检测所得的制动距离,对车型的制动距离进行分析,并且对制动系统相关零部件的参数进行对标,进一步把问题原因细化到零部件参数上,通过改进零部件关键参数来改善制动距离。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more cars are entering ordinary families and become the standard tools for the public families.At the same time,for ordinary family use,the safety performance of vehicle itself has attracted more and more attention in various indicators of vehicles.For improving the existent problems on the passenger car of the brake distance too long,the object definition of braking distance and the factors of reducing braking distance are given.Through the braking distance detected by relevant testing equipment,the braking distance of the vehicle is analyzed,and the parameters of relevant parts of the braking system are benchmarked,so as to further refine the cause of the problem to the parts parameters and improve the braking distance by improving the key parameters of the parts.
