摘　　要：目的:了解包头地区汉族人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的状况。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA))检测包头地区87例非贲门胃癌病人和358例正常体检者血浆中的抗幽门螺杆菌的抗体,并统计分析正常人群中幽门螺杆菌感染与性别和年龄的关系。结果:445例研究对象中Hp总感染率为54.2%,其中87例非贲门胃癌病人Hp感染率为46.0%,358例正常体检者Hp感染率为56.1%,二者之间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.915,P=0.088);正常体检者中男性Hp感染率为57.9%;女性Hp感染率为56.8%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.873,P=0.350);正常体检者中50岁以下人群Hp感染率偏高为65.7%,50岁以上随着年龄段的增长Hp感染率有所降低,但Hp感染与年龄没有关系(χ~2=5.219,P=0.156)。结论:包头汉族人群中幽门螺杆菌的感染率偏高,感染状况不容忽视,且幽门螺杆菌感染与性别和年龄无关联。Objective:To detect the situation of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection in Baotou Han population.Methods:Antibodies against H.pylori were measured in 87 cases with non-cardia gastric cancer and 358 normal controls performed physical examination using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in Baotou Han population.And relationship between H.pylori infection and age or sex in normal controls was analyzed.Results:The total of H.pylori infection rate was 54.2%in 445 subjects,while the infection rates in 87 cases with non-cardia gastric cancer and 358 normal controls were 46.0%and 56.1%,respectively.The difference in infection rate between cases and normal controls was not significant.Among normal controls,the H.pylori infection rates in male and female population were 57.9%and 56.8%,respectively,and the difference between them was not significant(χ^2=0.873,P=0.350).The H.pylori infection rate is 65.7%in those under the age of 50,which was higher than those over the age of 50,but H.pylori infection was not related to the age(χ^2=5.219,P=0.156).Conclusion:The infection rate of H.pylori in Baotou Han population is high,and the infection status should not be ignored.Moreover,H.pylori infection is not associated with gender and age.
