Orbscan Ⅱ与SIRIUS眼前节分析系统测量眼前节生物参数结果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较OrbscanⅡ与SIRIUS眼前节分析系统测量中央角膜厚度、角膜直径和前房深度测量结果的差异。方法:收集2017年5月至2017年7月间在医院拟行准分子激光手术的近视患者资料,共158人158只眼。分别使用OrbscanⅡ和SIRIUS两种眼前节分析系统对患者进行测量。对两组设备测得的中央角膜厚度、角膜直径和前房深度结果进行比较。结果:SIRIUS测量角膜平均厚度为(524.56±36.87)μm,OrbscanⅡ测量角膜平均厚度(516.66±42.96)μm,两种系统结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组间呈高度正相关(r=0.954,P=0.000)。SIRIUS测量角膜直径为(11.75±0.55)mm,OrbscanⅡ角膜直径测量值(11.50±0.53)mm,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且呈正相关性(r=0.668,P=0.000)。SIRIUS测量前房深度平均值为(3.25±0.33)mm,OrbscanⅡ测量前房深度平均值(3.15±0.32)mm,两组间结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且呈正相关(r=0.945,P=0.000)。结论:SIRIUS和OrbscanⅡ测量前房深度结果一致性较高。但测量角膜直径与角膜厚度差异较大。角膜厚度的测量结果在临床工作中需参照A超检查对比。Objective:To compare the measurement differences of central corneal thickness,corneal diameter and anterior chamber depth between OrbscanⅡand Sirius anterior segment analysis system.Methods:Data of 158 patients with myopia who planned to undergo excimer laser surgery in the hospital from May 2017 to July 2017 were collected,including 158 people and 158 eyes.The patients were measured by OrbscanⅡand SIRIUS respectively.The central corneal thickness,corneal diameter and anterior chamber depth were compared between the two groups.Results:The average thickness of cornea measured by SIRIUS was 524.56±36.87μm,and was 516.66±42.96μm by OrbscanⅡ,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a highly positive correlation between the two groups(r=0.954,P=0.00).The average diameter of the cornea measured by SIRIUS was 11.75±0.55mm,and the measured value of OrbscanⅡwas 11.50±0.53mm.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)and positively correlated(r=0.668,P=0.000).The average value of anterior chamber depth measured by SIRIUS was 3.25±0.33mm,and the average value of anterior chamber depth measured by OrbscanⅡwas 3.15±0.32mm.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)and positively correlated(r=0.945,P=0.000).Conclusion:SIRIUS and OrbscanⅡhave higher consistency in the measurement results of anterior chamber depth.However,corneal diameter and corneal thickness between SIRIUS and OrbscanⅡare significantly different.The results of corneal thickness measurement in clinical practice need to refer to a-ultrasound examination for comparison.
