摘　　要：目的了解实习护生跨文化护理能力的现状及影响因素,为医学院校跨文化护理教学改革提供借鉴和参考。方法便利抽取福建省2所医学院校护理专业2018届实习护生384名,采用一般资料问卷和医学情景跨文化交际能力量表进行调查。采用多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果实习护生的跨文化护理能力得分为(113.91±23.13)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示:受教育程度、课程学习经历、护理外籍病人的经历和跨文化接触途径对实习护生跨文化护理能力的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习护生跨文化护理能力处于中等偏下水平,受教育程度、课程学习经历、护理外籍病人的经历及跨文化接触途径对其有重要影响。护理院校需优化课程设置和教师队伍,注重医教协同,增加跨文化接触途径,以提高实习护生跨文化护理能力。Objective To understand the status quo and influence factors of cross-cultural nursing ability of nursing students,and to provide reference for the reform of intercultural nursing teaching in medical colleges and universities.Methods A total of 384 nursing interns from 2 medical colleges and universities in Fujian province were conveniently selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire and Medical Intercultural Communicative Competence Scale.Factors affecting were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The score of intercultural communicative competence of nursing students was 113.91±23.13 and multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,curriculum learning experience,nursing experience of foreign patients and intercultural contact pathway were the main influence factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Cross-cultural nursing ability of nursing students is in a mediate or below level and it is influenced by educational background,curriculum learning experience,nursing experience of foreign patients and intercultural contact pathway.The curriculum of intercultural nursing and teachers should be optimized to cultivate students'cross-cultural ability systematically.The cooperation of medical practice and teaching and more opportunities of intercultural contact will benefit the improvement of intercultural nursing ability of nursing students.
