摘 要:抗逆力是个体在逆境中利用各种资源克服困难,达到良好适应的潜能。困境儿童的抗逆力是教育者引导个体与环境交互作用的结果。在优势视角下,大凉山困境儿童拥有自身的主客观优势。可以通过"潜意识—诱发""世界观—诱发""社会化—诱发""自信心—诱发""幸福感—诱发"等模式而构建优势视角下大凉山困境儿童的"抗逆力诱发"机制。为教育者精准教育寻找方法,为处境不利的大凉山儿童利用优势、释放潜能、有效成长以及"自我创建"寻找动力。Resilience refers to the ability of individuals to overcome difficulties and achieve good adaptability in the face of adversity. The resilience of disadvantaged children is the result of the interaction between an educator’s guidance and the environment. Under the strength perspective,the children in Daliang Mountain possess the subjective and objective advantages of their own. Through the patterns of inducing the sub-consciousness,the world outlook,socialization,confidence and their feelings of happiness,a "Resilience-Inducing" mechanism can be established for the disadvantaged children in Daliang mountains under strength perspective,in order to determine a way for precision education,and seek power for children in Daliang Mountain to make use of their advantages,release their potential,grow up healthily,and enable their self-discovery.
