摘　　要："生"本体这一古来中华民族的优秀外交哲学传统贯穿着现当代中国外交理论和政策的各方面。就何为"生"的外交哲学意蕴而言,合作为"生"、共赢为"生"、和平为"生";就"生"为何的外交哲学探问而言,"生"为自主、"生"为相通、"生"为共处;就本是"生"的外交哲学诠释而言,共商之本是"生"、共建之本是"生"、共享之本是"生";就"生"是本的外交哲学确证而言,"生"是关系之本、"生"是交往之本、"生"是外交之本。The ontology of"living",which is illustriously diplomatic philosophy of ancient China and Chinese nation,has run throughout various aspects of diplomatic theories and policies in modern and contemporary China.In terms of the connotation of"what is living"about diplomatic philosophy,the cooperation is for"living",the win-win outcome is for"living",the peace is for"living".As for exploring the diplomatic philosophy of"what is living",it means self-reliance,co-existence and inter-connectivity.As far as the diplomatic philosophy interpretation of living,the root of consultation is for living,the root of joint development is for living,the root of shared benefits is for living.As to the evidence of diplomatic philosophy of"living",it is the root of relationships,the root of exchanges and the root of diplomacy.
