摘　　要：随着现代医学的快速发展以及人类对健康需求的不断增长,临床研究对于加强临床学科建设以及提高临床诊疗水平具有重要意义,生物样本库资源是开展临床研究的重要基础,是临床研究的重要平台,伴随存储样本数据信息的复杂度不断增加,生物样本库除了收集样本相关的基本数据外,还延伸到更多信息,包括参加者或患者的诊疗信息,以及基因型、基因组学、蛋白组学等组学信息。大规模的生物样本库对于疾病的精准医学研究以及探索疾病的诊断标志物有着重要作用。在开展临床研究的过程中收集临床生物样本的同时,需要合理运用临床流行病学进行临床研究设计,使临床数据资源得到最大限度的开发和应用,有助于将我国丰富的临床患者样本资源通过临床研究转化为临床诊断及治疗的医疗手段,造福人类健康。With the rapid development of modern medicine and the growing need of human health, clinical research is important to strengthen discipline construction and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Biobank with extensive resources is the critical base and key platform for clinical research. With the rapidly increase of the complexity of storage sample data information, the biological bank collecting samples in addition to related basic data, also extend to more information, including diagnostic and treatment information, and genomics, proteomics and other omic information. The large-scale biobank plays an important role in the precision medicine research and the exploration of new diagnostic biomarkers. In the process of conducting clinical research it is necessary to collect biological samples, and applying clinical epidemiology to maximize the usage of data resources. Biobank helps to mine abundant clinical samples in our country, and it can improve clinical diagnosis and treatment by clinical research, which benefits to human health.
